Scope and deadlines
The business transaction and delivery is carried out exclusively according to the present General Terms and Conditions, which form the basis of the offers from our online store rottweiler-motors.com concluded contracts.
Insofar as these General Terms and Conditions refer to “customers”, these are natural persons whose purpose of an order cannot be attributed to a commercial, self-employed or freelance activity, but also legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who order for commercial, self-employed or freelance purposes.
If deadlines are specified in working days, these are all weekdays with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Registration and order as a guest
When entering your personal data required for registration, you are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. You are obliged to treat the personal access data confidentially and not to make it accessible to any unauthorized third party. You are solely responsible for content you place on rottweiler-motors.com (e.g. product reviews). Your content must not infringe the rights of third parties or violate any kind of morality. Your membership entitles you exclusively to use the online offer, as well as solely to use content for private, non-commercial purposes. You are only authorized to maintain one customer account at a time. Multiple registrations will be deleted if necessary. rottweiler-motors.com reserves the right to warn or terminate members who violate the above provisions, or to delete or modify content.
rottweiler-motors.com is not obliged to accept an order from a registered or non-registered customer. rottweiler-motors.com also offers you the possibility to place an order without registration. In no case a membership with rottweiler-motors.com will be charged.
Registration is free of charge and can be cancelled at any time.
Offer and conclusion of contract
The prices and offers published by rottweiler-motors.com are non-binding. We reserve the right to change prices, offers and articles. An offer is valid until revoked, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
By clicking the button “Send order” you place a binding order of the goods in the shopping cart. A binding contract is concluded with the transmission of the order confirmation, but at the latest with the delivery of the ordered goods.
Please note that if you pay in advance, ordered goods will not be shipped until rottweiler-motors.com has received full payment. If we do not receive your payment within 7 calendar days despite due date and reminder, we usually withdraw from the contract. In this case, a delivery becomes invalid. Therefore, a reservation in the form of an advance payment is made for a maximum of 7 calendar days.

For orders on www.rottweiler-motors.com, the prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. Errors and price changes excluded.
Prices shown are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) and include Priority A-Post shipping within Switzerland including Liechtenstein. For shipement outside of Switzerland, shipping costs may apply.
PAYMENT
We basically offer the payment options credit card and PayPal and purchase on account.
rottweiler-motors.com reserves the right to grant other payment options in individual cases. This must be agreed in writing with rottweiler-motors.com before the order is placed.
PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT DIRECTLY THROUGH ROTTWEILER-MOTORS.COM
Under certain conditions, the payment method “invoice (payment deadline 10 days) will be activated. With this payment method, invoicing is done directly by Rottweiler Motors.
OVERDUE FINES AND INTEREST ON ARREARS
In the event of non-payment, the following additional charges will apply:
- Reminder – free of charge
- Reminder CHF 15 + 5% interest on arrears from invoice due date
- Reminder (last reminder) CHF 25 + 5% interest on arrears from invoice due date
Delivery times and shipping costs
DELIVERY SWITZERLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN
Transport time
The goods usually reach you within 1-2 business days after posting. All shipments of the “Free Shipping” type are sent Priority A Mail. Please note that the processing of your order may take up to 4 working days.
Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you immediately. In case of delivery delays of more than 2 weeks you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract. This must be communicated to us in writing. Delays caused by the Swiss Post are excluded from this provision.
rottweiler-motors.com assumes no liability for delays of the transport company.
DELIVERY COSTS SWITZERLAND, LIECHTENSTEIN
rottweiler-motors.com charges a flat rate for shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If the products sent by us are not accepted or collected by the customer or cannot be delivered by the Swiss Post, the customer will be charged for all transport costs incurred.
Revocation and returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. The currently listed return regulations apply to returns.
Externally visible damage to the delivered packages/products must be photographed by you upon receipt and reported to us immediately. We are committed to finding a quick and satisfactory solution for all parties concerned.
The goods delivered by rottweiler-motors.com can be returned to us without giving reasons within 10 calendar days from the first delivery attempt. The condition is that the goods are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
If these return provisions are not fulfilled as part of these GTC, we reserve the right to credit only a part of the goods or to refuse to take back the entire goods. In particular, the customer shall bear the transport costs himself if a consignment is returned to us without prior agreement despite the expiry of the return deadline. A payout is no longer possible in case of late return.
A copy of the delivery bill or order confirmation must be enclosed with each return. This so that we can process returns as quickly as possible and no misunderstandings arise.
A refund of the purchase amount is usually made within one week.
Retention of title
Until full payment, the goods remain our property.
Amendment and validity of the GTCs
These General Terms and Conditions are valid even without signature. These can be changed at any time by rottweiler-motors.com. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, the GTC published on rottweiler-motors.com shall apply.
Jurisdiction
Should it happen that we cannot reach an agreement despite all our efforts, Swiss law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction shall be Zurich, Switzerland, subject to any other mandatory jurisdiction of the court.
